Tuesday morning HIIT classes
High Intensity Interval Training starts in September 2021 at Crawley Hall, Raglan (almost opposite Raglan Garden Centre). Mats and equipment are provided but please bring your own if you prefer. Don't forget that you'll need trainers for this class and a bottle of water is a must! Please book to avoid disappointment as spaces are limited.
Tuesdays 9.15 -10.05am - HIIT and STRETCH - 30 mins HIIT followed by 20 mins stretching

HIIT and Stretch Pilates
High Intensity Interval Training is a fantastic way to gain fitness. These classes are for those who are either at Intermediate or Advanced level and are used to cardiovascular exercise. It is a challenging class using Pilates to stretch and lengthen the muscles in between the really tough bits. It's hard work but fun and we get a bit sweaty! The class is divided into 30 minutes of HIIT Pilates followed by 30 minutes of pure stretching.
Why Do HIIT?
It burns more fat, for longer.
HIIT elevates what is known as the post-exercise metabolism, which remains at an increased level for up to 24 hours after your session. Unlike steady state cardio, it won't burn through muscle mass. It boosts the function of the muscles in your heart and disperses more oxygen to the rest of your body. Apart from all that, it's good fun and great to jump around to some fab music!
