The Hardwick
The Hardwick is the new location for classes which were due to start in September 2020. However, due to COVID restrictions the start date will be delayed. An announcement will be made as soon as more information is available.
This fantastic restaurant is the main location for our Pilates classes. The Sun Room is large and airy with huge windows flooding it with natural light. All equipment is provided but please feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. Water is also provided and the restaurant is open for coffee etc after the class. All Levels Classes
These classes are suitable for those who have done Pilates before and are familiar with its principles. It doesn't matter what level you are at as the exercises can be modified but understanding the fundamentals is essential.
Beginners classes
The beginners class is a great way to start. You will learn how to locate and engage your deep core muscles and quickly progress to the fundamental exercises. The classes will give you a real understanding of what you are supposed to be doing and help you to work with your body correctly and safely.
HIIT and Stretch Pilates
High Intensity Interval Training is a fantastic way to exercise and helps us to really get fit. These classes are for those who are either at Intermediate or Advanced level and are used to cardiovascular exercise. It is a challenging class using Pilates to stretch and lengthen the muscles in between the really tough bits. It's hard work but fun and we get a bit sweaty! The class is divided into 30 minutes of HIIT Pilates followed by 20 minutes of pure stretching.
