If you can't get to a live class or would just like to support your weekly practice, please click the button to access on-line videos. There are classes varying in length from 5 to 50 minutes which I hope will challenge and inspire you. The Library will grow week by week as new content is added, catering for all levels and abilities.
You can either rent each video for 7 days at a time or have full access to the whole library all of the time for just for £10 per month (cancel any time with no fees or tie-ins).
There are short classes for those completely new to Pilates which teach the fundamentals without overwhelming you with too much information at once. These are typically less than 10 minutes each and will help you to grasp some of the principles such as breathing and posture.
There is also a new full length "weekly class" added every Monday at 7.00am which you can then access as often as you like.
I hope you enjoy using the library and that you access it often to deepen your understanding of Pilates and improve your strength, balance, mobility, posture and fitness. To see change in our bodies, for whatever reason, we have to do the work! Dip in and out and have fun exploring!
