1:1 sessions are a great way to get started, especially if you've had an injury or haven't been exercising for a while.
The initial session will include a postural assessment and time to have chat about your goals and expectations.
You will then be taught how to locate your deep stabilising muscles, sometimes referred to as your core or centre, and gently taken through the fundamentals of pilates.
If you have been doing pilates for a while and are already familiar with it's principles, we can work together at higher level to help you achieve your goals.
Ante and post natal 1:1 sessions are very popular and can help you to exercise safely and regain your confidence after childbirth.
