"Kate’s Friday class is my little oasis of tranquility in a busy week. Even the reminder email on Thursday makes me happy! Kate is a brilliant teacher. Kind, cheerful and encouraging and pushes you just enough so you ache the next day but in a safe and supportive environment. Her descriptions of how to do the moves are imaginative and very helpful. There is a large bank of videos on line to keep you busy between classes as well. Highly recommend."
